Resonance Coaching & Consulting works across two complementary areas; strategic music consulting and professional coaching for entertainment professionals.

Most coaches lack entertainment industry-specific experience and fail to understand the unique culture and nuanced dynamics in play, and most music and entertainment consultants lack coaching neuroscience training & depth. 

Many situations require one approach or the other, but having a perspective and involvement in both areas gives me a powerful ability to help, either as a professional consultant with 37 years of hands-on Music and Television Industry experience, or to support my clients as a professional Erickson International-trained coach with PCC (Advanced) level training.

Combining these experiences is unusual, and it allows me to support clients grappling with pressure, an uncertain future, ego dynamics, burnout, identity shifts, leadership gaps, success emptiness, work-life balance, reinvention, industry evolution, mid-career identity, and creative, performance or strategic confidence challenges. My training also allows me to coach people working and living far outside of the Entertainment space, a contrast I also enjoy tremendously.
